David Nelson lives in the Glendale Community and is trying to assist the owner of the house pictured above, which is located at 155 Magnolia Avenue, determine its history. It likely was built in 1908 and was possibly the Post Office; however, there is more concrete evidence that it was the telephone exchange. The building has three doors on the front and two on the side. The National Archives has records available for Post Office locations, and David is hoping someone locally already has them. If you can help, please reply to this message or write to me at WaltonCountyHeritage@cox.net. Thank you! Diane HD#83

Update! Tom Lera sent the following document along with the fact that the Glendale Post Office was open from 1905 until 1919. Thanks, Tom! Diane
